Of all the names being tossed around as candidates for OC, who do you think is the best recruiter?

i think he would be to much under the microscope and most everyone in Knoxville would be watching him. so I think he would be keeping his nose pretty clean.

The first 4 RB are the only names I’ve ever heard of.
Todd Gurley was a pretty good player. I think he plays in the NFL. But even if that name doesn’t ring a bell, can you name 4 better players that any of the other OC candidates have recruited. Combined?

I would like Tee if he's interested. He can look at these kids and say he won 2 consecutive SEC titles and a national title at UT. I want TN roots for the hire and I can't think of anyone that would fit that option better than Tee.

Vols need a good OC. Having great players but bad coaches is like having a beautiful car but no gas.

I would go with Freddie Kitchens because Pruitt's style is ball control and defense... and Freddie could recruit deep south. Freeze and Kingsbury would not mesh with what Pruitt's trying to do.

Freeze or the dude from the browns.. Can't think of his name.
Freddie Kitchens--weird that his name has came up. So his boss was fired and he'll be out of a job at the end of the season. So let's hire him? Freeze--I don't think will happen mainly bc of Fulmer and he wants a clean program. I know you're saying Tee is a hard no--but I sure as hell like him better than Freeze and "that dude"from the Browns. Tee took a hit bc the whole USC program is about to go through a regime change. I just think TN has a pretty extensive coaching tree and we have the $ to pay. I'd just like to see somebody with ties to the program--it doesn't have to be Tee but I think he could do well here--especially with recruiting.

I disagree on kitchens.. The browns offense has been looking much improved since he took over. I don't think Tee will get another oc gig anytime soon. At least not at a big program.
