I can't tell by his bracket..it looks like he picked both to lose. Is IA and TN combining their teams to play in the tourney.

My guess is he picked Iowa. Last election they were a blue state vs Tennessee was a red state.

He visits all states. But the ones they are behind in, they visit more often. Barring politically beneficial visits after nature disasters of course.

Actually I don't know that. The truth is I know no one else who has Obamacare, or at least say that they do. So I have no way to measure it. But I will take your word that you do.
