It's pretty sad not to help your own first. They could've sent some of that $$ to Americans directly that truly need assistance & are hungry & with no clothes to speak of. And to the homeless people living in cardboard houses like in LA & in New Orleans & in Philly & so on. They need to help out our veterans who are in dire need of help who lay in hospitals instead of living on the donations from the public. I could go on & list more of the short comings from this sorry azz Administration that doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. Nor do they know their priorities to Americans first of all.

Im not going to argue with you goons anymore, I have never defended any of Obamas policies just stated I don't think he should be shredded for filling out a bracket and taking vacations. I dont even care that much about politics. I have a good job, good family, and affordable health insurance. Why should I worry about our president sending money to Ukraine? I don't.

There are always going to be homeless people in this country. No one president will ever change that. People make bad life choices. Btw wasnt it you that just bashed Obama for helping the "low lifes" and now you're upset hes not handing out money to homeless people.

Edit- my mistake, it was govols/cc that complained that Obama was "feeding lazy low lifes"

Laura use to take vactions with a group of her "girl friends". A quick google will get your number. I am not upholding Michelle's travels on the taxpayer dime but for some to act like she is the first first lady to waste millions of tax payer dollars on trips is beyond ridiculous. I personally think the first ladies travels should be limited to travelling with the president. That should be all the travelling any first family does on the taxpayers dime.

I posted the number of trips each first lady took the first 5 yeas. Laura took many more the last 3 years as I am sure Michelle will.. fact is Laura and Michelle have both wasted millions of taxpayer dollars on unnecessary travel. Wasting money is wasting money democrat or republican.

Some on this board do not like facts. I did not say just because. 69 posted that Michelle has taken more trips than any other 1st lady. That is not true.
people need to take off their red or blue glasses and look at things the way they are. Fact is repbub or dem the first family feels entitled and wasted millions of taxpayer dollars. The R or D has nothing to do with it.

Ok, guys. Lets just move on from all of this. Arguing over the internet isn't going to solve any problems or relieve anyones stress. In fact, I'm pretty sure that this conversation could be increasing some peoples stress levels.

The fact remains that life is tough as an adult regardless of socioeconomic background or education level. Most of us get on here to enjoy ourselves, converse with fellow Vol fans, and break away from the every day stresses of life. I apologize for a couple of things I said earlier about the ACA because this isn't the place to do it. Now, lets all move on and cheer for our boys tomorrow.

I like facts. Nothing wrong with facts. The big fact is Obama is the worst POTUS. You sound like you have a mission to defend Obama when he takes a vacation. Always bringing up Bush facts for comparisons with Obama facts when we are talking about Obama being the worst POTUS. Bush is not in the WH. Some can't let that fact go either. Bush has been gone now 6 years but yet let's talk about Bush facts this & Bush facts that. Obama is suppose to have a different kind of life in the WH. He was going to set a new example on how things get done. I guess that was another lie too.

IMO there is very little difference in Bush and Obama's governing. Both are big spenders. Bush brought us the Medicare Prescription D, Obama brought us the ACA. Bush brought us "No Kids left behind" Bush expanded goverment with the addition of Homeland Security. Bush took us to war, Obama continued same polices. Bush added around 5 billion to our debt, Obama has added around 6 billion. Reagan started the free home phones, Bush expanded it to include the free cell phones that so many republicans refer to as the Obamaphones Bush brought us the spying on American citizens, Obama continued the policy

The difference I see between the two is if Bush drew a line in the sand, that line would not move and Bush would take action. Obama draws a line in the sand, he is like the little boy that cried wolf. No one pays attention to him.

I would take Bush being POTUS over Obama any day. With that said Bush and Obama will go down in history as being terrible presidents, imo.

Show me one vacation that GW and Laura took that cost upwards of one hundred million dollars, you can't . I'm also pissed about the frequency of said vacations along with date nights out to NYC and numerous thug rappers infiltrating the White House for lavish tax payer funded party's . Barry and Moochelle are way out of touch with the peasants. I hope her and her mom are having a great time in their 8300.00 dollar a nite suite. The Chinese must be laughing their ass off.

Google, Bing, Yahoo or the search engine of your choice can help you discover the facts about the travels of the first families. Take those red glasses off and see things a little clearer. The travels of the first familes of the last several presidents has been ridiculous. That include both R's and D's in the WH. They all feel entitled to waste millions on travel expenses that is unnecessary. I am not upholding the travels of any of them, they are all the same.
