OBummer would never testify in Congress on anything that may implicate him. It would take a DOJ\FBI investigation. Now that many of the criminals and OBummer holdovers are being removed from those organizations, they can start getting some answers. OBummer is guilty but will probably avoid any prosecution because that is how it goes for the Elite Class in DC.
