'Zero' has always been my favorite.

If I were going to give him one that epitomizes his
presidency, it would be 'Clunker', in honor of his cash
for clunkers program which did nothing to improve the
economy or augment overall wealth, much as French
economist Frederic Bastiat proved one hundred and
fifty years ago with the “broken window fallacy”.

Can we trade this clunker in and get our cash back??
