Can't find the article. It was on comcast's front page yesterday. Just basic stuff we've all heard before. He congratulated them on their hard work and their sacrifice and told them that he and the American people loved them. Said we need to start transitioning more towards Afghanistan and letting the Iraqis start taking more responsibility in their country. So on, and so on.
