Oakley Shades

I've got some half jackets and like them. I sent them in to have a set of the their new amber fishing lenses put in and I like them a LOT. Everybody's eyes are different but these seem dark enough (it's a darker lens than most "amber" lenses I've seen) that with the polarization work in all but the brightest conditions (where I put in the Fire Iridiums) yet allow enough light through for overcast conditions as well. The most versatile lens I've yet come across...at least for me.

Like any contrast lens there is some color shift so if that's an issue you'll have to settle for one of the neutral lenses like grey or black. I'll also add that while some disagree with application I don't buy anything that isn't polarized regardless of intended usage.

i'd say standard is fine. polarized is overrated imo unless you are fishing.

Oakley makes the best Polarized Sunglasses for fishing, period. No one else can compete.

When your looking at bedding bass, or bow fishing looking for carp, nothing cuts the water better.

i would go with gargoyles if your just looking for baseball sunglasses. it will be cheaper for you if that will be your primary purpose for them.

Anybody know anything about the Jawbones? They look pretty sweet, and I'm digging the orange/white pair. How are they?
