Scott was going to be fired for several reasons, so he resigned. Lack of control of his staff, inappropriate culture at practices, lots of complaints from parents, and sounds like he was rude and not well-liked. Doesn't help that Oak Ridge is usually winning 8-11 games and they only won 7, not that he inherited a great situation.

BTW, I must add since VFL Robert Ayers was part of the staff....our guy wasn't a part of the problem and everybody loves him.

I heard this evening dozens have been interviewed from all over. Doubt this will be a regional hire but possible. Pretty good source. Really close actually.
