Easy to sell the missing piece to a national title run. I don’t think DW is over but it’s not a surprise. Kirby has recruited crazy good. We had a really strong class last year, this class may not be ranked in the top 5 but we addressed talent on defensive line, a QB which is crazy important, and speed at wr. We also plugged in a ton of guys who can build depth and help boost athleticism on special teams. If we have a strong year in 2020 I could see us making a run with a top 5 class.

Hard to sell someone on a NC run when you just got embarrassed on National TV. Georgia will never get around the West with out a lot of help right now.

I see your point, but think about this. DW is the type of player that can add that extra blocker on 3rd and short or gives you a reliable pass option. He can be a game changer because he helps with run and pass options. He has great potential to be a teams “go-to” guy on offense. So, Georgia could sell that he’s the missing piece for a championship run. Here’s the thing when it comes to Georgia (mpo)... who will his qb be? Fromm, maybe for one more year, then who? And with Tennessee he and Bailey could potentially play together for the next 3-4 years.

Hard to sell someone on a NC run when you just got embarrassed on National TV. Georgia will never get around the West with out a lot of help right now.
