^ Agreed. In my experience the best memory pegs must be a bit of a stretch so that they stick out enough to remember. Without the "stretch" it's too easy to forget when you need to recall.
So the imagery of the voice from heaven, the reference to the scripture, putting the words in red, the definitions of each part of the name and linking those all together should be effective. I wasn't saying anyone else should do it or like it or anything else.
I just shared what it reminds me of personally. And since that is exactly what it reminds me of, there was no stretch for me even if it would be for you. Another effective method for helping to remember otherwise hard to remember names (or anything you need to remember) is to create a memory peg that rhymes or otherwise relates to help trigger recall when you need it.
For Filsaime, I could use something like "Real name? Feel same"
The feel same would remind of Filsaime and then the fils (son) aime (love) words in red, story of transfiguration, etc. would also work.
On a not too unrelated note, I tend to notice advertising that's a bit of a stretch more than the run of the mill "Me too" type of stuff that fails to get my attention.
In some ways, I guess it's good that we don't feelsame about what helps me remember the name, because if we felt alike about every single thing all the time, one of us would be unnecessary.
