Of that list, only Benedict was based in Oak Ridge...but I see your point.

Bburger...Benedict and Briggs were interesting choices to name. I would throw out Einstein when discussing the Manhattan Project because his role was more political than scientific. I would suggest my main man Fermi (avatar) as a suitable replacement .
