Nuke Pleads Guilty

Now that he's got a felony on his record, he's got street cred, which should gain him instant respect in his entourage.

It looks like he's gonna get lucky.

I haven't seen the details, but a diversion -- especially for a first-time offender -- might give Nuke the opportunity to complete a few years of probation. Provided he successfully completes the diversion, I think he might have the opportunity to get the arrest expunged from his record. I would assume this is the case since he plead guilty to a felony and is avoiding jail time.

Perhaps one of our legal experts could lend more insight.

I've read that this is pretty much what is going to happen if he stays out of trouble. He will do his 3 years of probation and then this won't end up on his record, so he won't be a felon.

I'm astonished by the support and well-wishes for this kid. He had a bright future and blew it. He committed, or tried to commit, ARMED ROBBERY!!! Good riddance to the thug. If this was some random kid from a local ghetto, I don't think everyone would be so glad that he weaseled out of jail time.
