You could be right. It will require a real burning to the ground though, but then some admin levels would be in jeopardy, and the point could irrevocably be made that the current "pilots" in the cockpit (admin and boosters) have flown into a mountain wide eyed. Multiple million dollar program flat on the ground with "X's" for eyes.
