NSD question

Why are recruits allowed to sign after NSD. It seems like that defeats the purpose of having the day proper. i.e Bryce Brown. Sorry if already explained.

thats the day when they are allowed to start the signing process they can sign after too thats just the day when most sign and the signing period begins

well I like having a few more days for a kid to ponder HIS future. Picking a college is a big decision. I encourage take all the time necessary. That being said Its in EVERY ELITE PLAYERS BEST INTEREST TO PLAY FOR THE VOLS!!!!!! lol
