Are far as gun ownership is concerned, there certainly many people who should not own a gun. Because they are too violent or because they are mentally unstable, and/or both.

All those mentally unstable people seem to live in "gun free" zones.

As far as non medical people approving medical procedure based on the bottom line, that has been going on for several years by the private insurance companies.

Could not find a valid link for that info even by perusing the reconciled bill so I will have to wait and see on that one.

The approval of medical procedures by non medical people may have been practiced to some extent by insurance companies but not to the extent that will happen under ACA and the revised Medicare.
