Do you know what else was attached to the bill? Some of the worst legislation in the world is passed knee jerk after similar situations.

On the contrary, everyone who voted for this bill should be impeached. It's a violation of due process AND gun rights.

Maybe the FBI and ATF should start doing their jobs before more laws are passed.

yeah, for instance, during the gun background check, when someone with a middle eastern name who just traveled from Saudi Arabia and then suddenly wants to buy several high powered rifles, WTF. How hard can this be

Like I said before. You can not strip American citizens of their constitutional rights without due process. If that bill had passed it would have gone before the Supreme Court and would be found unconstitutional.

Several people are acting as though the no fly list is flawless. It's far from it. We, which includes Muslim citizens in this country, have specific outlined rights. Don't like it? Tough. There is no doubt we have a problem. Everyone should agree with that. That problem does not mean we should be stripping other citizens of their rights. Fix immigration, fix the porous boarders, and stop talking about stealing rights from citizens. Does doing that mean their might be more terrorist actions? Of course it does. That's the world we live in. I do believe if you address the boarder and immigration system in this country that you clean up a lot of it. Instead people look for easy solutions like take away guns or register Muslims. That's just intellectually lazy and won't work.

And doesn't California already have some of the strictest gun laws in the country? If you honestly think gun control will stop an ideology of muslim terrorist who want to kill us, look in the mirror cause you're the reason this crap will continue.
