150 doesn't seem very realistic but I think 8-10, maybe 12k is more then doable.

Interest rates being down is not that big of deal honestly if you have cash to invest--which they do.

I am in a stock right now that is tied to mortgage rates and his yielding a 20% dividend.

Yes, 20%.

Point is, there is always somewhere to make money if you have money to invest.

There are hot investments out there, yes, but low interest rates are a HUGE FACTOR when you need safe investments like a school would. Cannot be overstated.

A very interesting topic, DeerPark12. Btw, can you share your source on the cost figure of $50M? Sounds like they've certainly been busy getting some cost quotes from vendors. That figure is on the order of some pro stadium investments in high capacity wifi and other innovations such as dual Ethernet feeds to their stadiums. Anyway, wondering if you can shed some light on the scale of the upgrades to come, how far along the planning is, and where I could get some additional information on this and related topics.
