Pruitt and Friend had from Dec. '17 to put weight on them and get the S&C up to par. Don't tell me you can't make significant S&C progress in 6-7 months. Tatum was listed 6-6, 281 on the '17 roster. Listed at 293 on the '18 roster? They could only put 12 lbs. of muscle on him in 6-7 mos.? Neihaus was listed at 285 in '17. Only 287 in '18. 2 lbs. in 6-7 mos.? So, they've got essentially 1 more month to work with this year. If past performance is any indication of future results, Tatum will weigh in at 305 and Neihaus at 289. A 62 y.o. friend of mine has been working on a weight training program for about a year and has put on over 15 lbs of muscle. And he only works out less than an hour a day. Something ain't right on The Hill.
Due to Niehuas being injure all of last season and unable to work out MOST of the year, he actually lost down to 270. He was at 270 at the O&W game. He is now at 295. That’s 25 lbs of muscle from April till now. Not 2 lbs.
