I thought I'd summarize on some good news:

The stained glass rose windows, the Great Organ, the Crown of Thorns, the copper rooster on top of the spire(no word on the 3 relics stored inside), the Tunic of Saint Louis, and 13 monumental paintings in the nave survived as well as some other unlisted major works.

I haven't seen a list of the things lost. Are there any major features of the Cathedral that were lost that we know of (besides obviously the roof)?
