Notes On Summer Performers

yeah i dont believe that for a minute. Esp after he admits he works in the AD. No one within their right mind would admit to that who actually works there.

I knew someone who worked in the AD this past year and Bray's weight was reported at 210 or so, when the guy physically saw the scale read 186.

Bray may never weigh 225 in his life. Some people's genetics just don't allow it. Someone said his father was tall but also stocky so that's surprising. With our luck he would graduate from UT at 200 lbs and 3 years later is going to Super Bowls at 235.

As far as Richardson goes, I work at dead end bbq, one of the places the players have summer vouchers for...AR came in last week and I would not be surprised if he is 365. He's got AT LEAST 35 lbs on Dallas Thomas who's listed at 300...I know that would only make him 335, but if someone said he actually had 65 lbs on Thomas I wouldn't be shocked. Hes substantially bigger than any football player we've had come in, and its not bad weight either, he was in a beater and looks to be in good shape. Daniel Hood has also been in and he's gotten massive as well

You can tell just by looking at Tyler Bray that he's an ectomorph body type. He has to work his tail off for every pound gained. Tall, skinny, and linear build with smaller shoulders are all signs. I agree with the poster who said he may never weigh 225 pounds. If he does, I doubt it happens while he's here. Probably not until he's older and his metabolism slows. It doesn't mean he can't be a good or even great quarterback. When Johnny Unitas first arrived on the Louisville campus, he stood at a solid 6'1, but a measly 145 pounds. Took him years to get built up, and he still ended up never hitting 200 lbs. I think 195 was his final listed weight.

If Bray keeps working, doing what the coaches say, staying in the weight room, and eating properly, 210 isn't unreasonable by any stretch. Just don't hold your breath waiting for him to show up at 230, because that's probably not gonna happen any time soon.

This makes him a Joe Namath/Johnny Unitas body type after all. Hopefully, he has more of a Unitas type career.
remains to be seen whether J. Hunter or D. Rogers will be his Raymond Berry.

Tiny and Mark McGwire are the only two people that I can think of that I've seen in person and was just floored by how enormous they were.

Tiny is a massive human being but 365 is pushing it a little bit. Hes probably in the 330-335 range.

I remember standing next to Albert Toeaina while he was at UT. He was talking to Jesse Mahelona (RIP) and made Jesse look like a CB.
