Notes from Wednesday's scrimmage

does anybody know anything for sure? I've read that if you are not showing symptoms, you are not at risk of spreading it! Is it possible that is true?
If it is true, throw the tests away and just use the temperature gun and get back to work! EVERYBODY!

I remember the good old days, when a fella trying to find someone to share gas costs and maybe split a hotel room was just a little creepy, and not cause for pandemic level concerns.

Ah, those good old days. :)

Austin lied like hell in his repot. JG was yanked a few times. JG was absolutely HORRIBLE. He was yelled at repeatedly and made reads as though he was a true freshman. I have text that cm from a source live at the scrimmage and works in the athletic department yes i scribbled out the name due to confidentiality and the person job security.
Maybe he doesn’t have your sources? Like AtlantaVol, he was caught unawares when Chaney was finishing up on the final details of his hire...but you weren’t. 😉

It's starting to sound like JT could be are number 1.
Right now. I think we all have JG fatigue. So just like fans do when QB1 struggles, we pin our hopes to the backup. I think JT probably fits more what Chaney wants to do on offense. They both made some terrible and some great throws last year. Difference was one is a JR vs. the other a RS freshman. I would not be shocked to see QB by committee to start the season.

No you can have it and show no symptoms and still spread it. That's one of the many reasons it's so contagious.

YEP .......one can easily envision all the accusations and finger-pointing that's likely to occur because it doesn't appear the SEC has established any sort of uniform policy applicable to all teams. Instead it's more like each team is policing themselves. We all know none of these other coaches would even think about bending the rules to get an edge.

PS The conference is going to employ through a 3rd party a rapid test given right before each game in addition to the twice weekly testing each team is already using.
The rules I think is up to the Governor's. In Tennessee our Governor left it up to the Mayor's to choose what to do. I do thank the Governor can over rule if the Mayor if he makes preposterous decisions. And each States Governor can Do the same or make the decision for the Mayor.
