Not trying to pump sunshine

I am kind of shocked at the reaction I'm seeing. Disappointed, I understand. But, I'm seeing some genuine anger.

1. I think there is a genuine lack of respect for just how good Georgia is, particularly on defense.

2. There is, and it's not close, no doubt that Tennessee is moving in the right direction and that EVERYTHING, not damn near everything, but EVERYTHING is better about that football team now on 10/10/20 than this time last year and certainly when Pruitt took the job.

3. Yes, unfortunately, right now, you can't just be "good"and win the SEC or be "good" and win the division. You have to be national championship contender good. And I don't think most people here reasonably expected to be national championship contender good at this point.

4. You could have Florida's defense.

Agreed.

Not sure I understand the melt down going on right now.

Its no need to panic. Yall act like we just lost to Vandy.

This issue is coming out after halftime they had that team right where the wanted them but a 5th year QB and experienced OL crapped the bed with back to back turnovers. If they even just punt there I think this game stays close til the end.
simply got out coached! This team made 2 great plays and UGA gave us 1 td

Dude if we would of just loss a close game or even by 14 or so but our oline made some plays and held their own...I think people would have a sense of improvement. But our supposed strength got DOMINATED. And if you look at last year's score and this year's score, very minimal imporvemnet.

Yes UT is now beating the bottom feeders, there's been progress in the program. But damn, it felt like we hade made way more than what we really have until today. It was so disheartening to get blown out. We shouldn't get blown out by anyone anymore. Those days should be behind us.
We had blowout losses in Fulmer’s heyday. Nebraska made us look like a high school team. Those days will never be completely behind us especially when the opposition is as talented as this Georgia team.

They are coming off a Natty, Einstein.
They’re coming off Missouri hanging 45 on them and giving up the most points in three games in program history. No one gives a crap about what you did last year when you lose to Arkansas and Missouri.

Right. Most people here acting like we were favored to win this game. QB turns the ball over 3 times in a row seemingly. No understanding that the defense was going to get gassed after playing the full 2nd half. We were never going to win this one with JG.

We weren't expected to get blown out and let UGA hand 37 offensive points on us though. Or have like zero yards of rushing.

Would you trade a Natty last year for a bad loss in a transition year? We just lost our 34th straight to a top 10 team...

Sad that our most hated rival is more sensible than most of our fans right now

Don't tell me to take the gun out of my mouth! I have my priorities straight. I can't just stand by while some kids screw up my life by missing assignments, penalties and turnovers to Georgia. I can't let Georgia and these kids screw up my life anymore. A man has to maintain his pride and dignity in this world! : )

...But seriously, you're spot on.

Here's the biggest problem. GA has a great DL but our OL is full of 4* and 5* and our OL looked liked a 1-AA OL against them.

In 2018, we were the worst P5 OL per PFF and in 2019, we improved but still wasnt in the Top 100 nationally. In any other profession, the OL coach would be looking for a job but he's buddies with Pruitt so......

Get these sensible thoughts out of here, they have no place on this board.
