5150, yesterday was the most points we scored in a game since 2000. Thats 9 years and tons of mediocre teams we played. I can tell you that I havent seen a UT team play with that much fire since the late 90's and thats only because we had Al Wilson leading the team on the field. After Al left, the fire left!! Phil had his Championship and figured to ride that the rest of his career. Phil will never be a good coach. Period. He is afraid to put anyway under him that has the posibility of out-shining him. That all stems from him knifing Johnny in the back and was fearful of that happening to him, which would explain his hirings of assistant coaches.

I thoroughly enjoyed when Bob Davie pulled out the telestrator last night and circled LSU's safeties and talked about how far off the LOS they were playing and then started talking about how they would eventually start coming in closer. I wanted to call him and tell him they weren't gonna come in closer, they were gonna stay 20+ yards deep on 3rd and 9 no matter how many first downs they give up. At one point last night Washington was like 7-8 on 3rd and long...

Obviously VERY young. I'd say most are college age. It's obvious most never saw Majors coach a game at UT. Because if they hate Fulmer's coaching, they should have gotten a load of Johnny! :eek:lol: I still remember the days of The One Man Band at the Campus Inn on the strip. His most requested song was "Go Johnny Go.............And Take Devoe!!" :good!:

Both were scapegoats for Fulmer. Sanders fell on the sword for the emperor. Clawson was simply thrown under the bus.

Looking back, most coaches would let a new OC bring his staff with him. Fulmer let Clawson bring 1 coach. His greasy fingerprints were all over this debacle.

Yeah, it is kinda difficult to be given free reign to do half of your job. I imagine Fulmer wanted to keep aspects of his previous Offenses and this may have handcuffed Clawsen. But I also think that the players have been pretty forthcoming about how difficult the offensive scheme was.

Question: Is hatvol that annoying "Mike" guy that always calls sports talk? I moved away a few years ago and haven't listened to the Animal in a while, but his remarks on here are a lot like that dude!

Does anyone else think that Les Miles continues to wreck the LSU program. I just don't think he is a very good coach. Add Chavis to that and it gets worse IMHO.

The utter stupidity of others has always been the best source of humor in my life. The idea that anyone would think I am that guy makes me laugh so hard I think I've injured my ribs.
