Does anyone think Ms St pays players on the level as , let's say Georgia or even Tn ? Does Ms St prove you can still assemble a good team without having millionaire players ?

The younger SEC teams are really figuring out the NIL system (Vandy is a great example). Instead of trying to have a strong recruiting class, go fishing in the G5 and FCS ranks to fill out your team with solid players in that space.

Look at us with Aguilar. Probably better to do that route than get a Nico 5* that flops.

I see the sport heading that way with the G5/FCS becoming training leagues for Power teams (kind of like Minor League baseball to Major League baseball).

I just hope the Nega-Vols are willing to credit our lads with a significant road win for the first time in the history of Josh Heupel (if you squint enough to ignore LSU, Clemson, and all those other ranked teams we've beaten away from home).

Go Vols!
What you fail to understand is that a meaningful road game ceases to be a meaningful road game after we've won, since all we did was beat a loser.

I can’t believe they didn’t lean on their run game in OT the way they gashed us for 60 minutes.
I can't believe they ever did anything besides hand it to that bowling ball of a back, especially after their 2 top wide outs went down. They have to be kicking themselves.
