Not Judging Jeremy Pruitt....

Pruitt could have challenged a couple bad calls by the refs. He COULD have done that.

Until he gets his own players. Look tonight was atrocious and UT completely gave up tonight. Im still cant judge Pruitt and his coaching staff until they get their own players on the field.
We have to give it more time for sure, but Pruitt had as bad of a night tonight as the VOLS' players did. The preparation, the effort, and the discipline all fall on Pruitt tonight. The whiteboard as well as the personal foul on Pruitt are both discipline issues. The players' discipline matched the head coach's discipline tonight.

Nah you can start judging them now. Not putting the banks kid in sooner was coaching malpractice. I'm not surprised though. I mean that bunch turned a coaching search into a circus. The problems on the hill are still employed there.

Lol! VN is burning tonight!its gonna be a long rebuild. I still have faith in this staff but it's gonna be a couple season before we are competitive . its all good and we have the right people in place . These coaches have to do a better job settling the players down before the game. They look very tense. They will learn though .

A lot of people have been wanting to see a coach who's not afraid to onside kick and go for it on fourth down. I'm not sure I see it as panic.
I liked the onside kick as well as going for it on 4th down both times in the first half. I even like the fact that he loses his cool. He has to keep it channeled correctly though. The players will follow his lead. Drawing a personal foul due to losing your cool as a coach is telling the players it's okay to throw a late hit if they get angry.

Pruitt panicked. So did the team.

That’s what I saw.

Four games into the season and after his first SEC game, Pruitt truly realized what he is dealing with- no leadership, no fight, bereft of decent talent, and I bet he is staring down certain coaches too.

RB may be the only position where we didn't look pathetic tonight. Chandler and Madre were both running good tonight as well.

Pruitt was going for it on 4th against the cupcake teams also.
Don't take this as me defending the rest of his coaching, he may suck for all I know but the go for it thing seems to just be his style.
