Not good (involving Trey Smith)

goldvol has basically kept this thread going for over 30 pages now over a kid fight if true was two years prior when Trey was not associated with UT in any official capacity. Want Trey punished goldvol, ask his father to put him in timeout. Don't like trolls VN? Quit feeding them.

I'm actually on Freak's payroll. It drives up traffic and increases advertising fees. I get a dollar for every page of the thread.

Ok, you demanded on answer to your question...

I am conservative. I am Christian. I voted for Trump.
I would forgive anyone that wronged me, but I don't see what my forgiveness has to do with this situation.
Trey's actions are the only thing that matters as far as his opportunities go. There are plenty of guys that screw up golden opportunities (josh Gordon, Darick Rogers, johnny manzel, aaron hernandez).

I don't see how my actions can be considered hate filled, but a guy pounding into another guy is perfectly acceptable. Can you answer that question?

Like hell you are and like hell you did. Try running that by the Pope. Everybody has a right to their opinion, but, you, sir sound like someone right out of Saul Alinsky's handbook. I'm not sorry and I'm not buying it.

Stories broken by TMZ: Sterling's racist tapes, Tiger Woods car crash, Ray Rice battery of his fiance. Yeah, they're just small potatoes :pilot:

Scandals. It's what they do. Doesn't mean it's big time. They're actually pretty pathetic IMO.

You can disagree with me, but if you attack someone who has stolen your stuff, and there's no threat to you, you are breaking the law. So you are disagreeing with the law, which is your right.

Here is the actual law on the subject (assuming this took place in Tennessee):

"A person in lawful possession of real or personal property is justified in threatening or using force against another, when and to the degree it is reasonably believed the force is immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the other's trespass on the land or unlawful interference with the property."

Tn. Code § 39-11-614.

Great job. That doesn't mean that once the guy is lying face down, you have a lawful right to continually pound his head.

We are talking about headphones. Headphones. And there still is nothing that says the guy actually took them

It wasn't much of a fight...or beat down. Open handed at first, not sure what happen on the bed, but eh... If he had step into him with a close fist it would have been all over, but he did not...couple of big handed slaps.

Good Lord, I read 10 pages and had to skip to the end. 36 pages!

All I'll say is, as least it was only fists. Too many people are too quick to pull out a gun these days. For lesser offenses than stealing. Kid stole, got slapped around a little bit and learned a lesson.

If that person has entered your domicile illegally, you are considered to be under duress. At that point you can beat the **** out of them.

Pleeeeze! Since I'm on the large size of the measuring stick, ya' gotta' believe I've heard that schtick before. Here ya go...and pay attention. My latest fiction work is coming out. It's entitled "Paradigm Leap" and is faux-moniker-authored by Verne Moritz. That's my pen name for my new science fiction series of books. Read the last two pages which represent the author. That's me. You'll see that I've been a bouncer and I was also a body guard. It doesn't mention the further adventures of this writer, though, which included a 12-0 heavy-weight record in that little venue called "Golden Gloves" in which I trained under the late/great Ace Miller .5'-10"? Nah. Cruiser-weights seem to be the most all-round most difficult to overpower...'bout 6' and 180-ish. I despise bullies (My old fellow bouncer buddies from Uncle Sam's will verify that.). As for those "tough guys" you mentioned: I lived in Pacific Beach in SD in the '70's and spent countless wild nights in TJ with my USMC and Seal buddies. 'Doubt you can school me about them, and yes, we definitely surfed...ever tried Rosarita Beach down on the Baja? I lived just down-beach from Bird Rock...know of that spot...#1 waves in SoCally. I've got a series of books which are the about-to-be-released-lineup of a trilogy. Why am I telling you this? It's so you can look me up. I do book signings quite often, with one in Knoxville coming this summer. Come see me. I'll tell you tales of nice guys who, nonetheless, understand the necessity for, uh, men to be men. I'm not at all a "tough guy;" just stand-up...as are most men. The beers are on me, Remy. Is the Roman Room still in biz?

You were a bouncer at Uncle Sam's!?! I bet i met you - loved Uncle Sam's!
