They appear to have a quarterback like South Carolina seemed to have over the past couple of seasons. Doesn't look fast, just seems to pick up a lot of garbage runs.

I was really amazed at the announcer's ability to see the future. He was calling TDs and INTs before they occurred.

That's our radio guy, Dave Eanet, on WGN. Whoever put it together did a poor job of meshing the sound with the video.

I see two very passionate teams wanting the same thing, I don't know if NU can handle the speed of UT, as long as our defense plays the way the did all season, I see UT putting this game away in the 3rd Qtr, I am not saying NU is not a good team, they have players, but the defenses will set the tone of the Outback game.

Go Vols!

I'm pretty sure we will have way too much speed for them. Look at our highlights. We played every team to the wire which includes two playoff teams and the SEC east winner. Not a moral victory by any means, but the VOLS can play with anybody. I'm pretty sure this is a 3 touchdown win after the second string lets them score twice.

Their right tackle better be a damn good holder. Barnett saw plenty of it this year with about a 10% call rate

Man, same here. It still puts a pit in my stomach to know we had a lead in every game this season and found a way to lose. I like to think positive and believe that we have learned from our mistakes and expect a big W come new years as well as next season!! GBO!!!

If our team has the same mentality as our fan base were going to get our rear ends handed to us. I cant believe the level of over confidence around here. Im not saying we cant win or that we wont win but those acting like this is going to be a cake walk are just blowing my mind. Theyre 10-2 for a reason. Yeah I know, SEC is tougher than Big 10...blah, blah, blah. Bottom line is, they won their close games, we lost ours. There's something to be said for that.

Their close games were not the same caliber as our close games. We win by 21

Northwestern sucks. Just accept it.

The coaches did a good job preparing the team when we played weak competition this year. Only South Carolina was too close for comfort when playing an inferior opponent. I expect this game to go like Vandy.

We'll win in a laugher.

Don't kid yourself on that QB. He's a good runner with very good speed and size. If his WR's had even an avg number of drops, you would have heard a lot more about him.

IMO, the speed difference really shows up most in their safeties, OL's, and front 7 except for Walker. I'm not sure how their CB's will play without Van Hoose. He looked like their best defensive player to me.

Their best RB reminds me of Webb minus 25 lbs.
