Mine was pretty quick. I believe from the day I called them to the day I got it back, it was a day or two shy of 3 weeks total.

Hopefully yours is fast, too.

When you get it back from Microsoft leave it in the box. Load it and all accessories including games and get down to Gamestop. TRADE THAT P.O.S. in and get a PS3! It has been the best thing I have done.

PS3 runs completely quiet, no overheating, no freezeing up, the graphics are alot better than 360.

When you connect the PS3 and turn it on if you are running a wireless internet concetion it picks it up and you are online in a matter of minutes.

You will not regret it!!!!!!

I admit I was leary of doing this myself but I was so sick of waiting on microsoft and so aggrivated with the freezing, that I finally made the move and have been VERY HAPPY since.:good!:

I traded my 360 for a Wii yesterday. Figured I would get rid of it before it took a huge dump. I like the PS3 much better anyway. Didn't need both really and the resale value of the 360 is terrible.

Unless he likes playing CoD4/GoW/R6V/Halo/etc. with the 20-30 other people on here with 360s.
