the all orange unis! At first I thouth "ugh", but kind of grew on me. But honestly, don't wanna see that again for a while. I admit, I would like to see the throwbacks we wore last season, I thought they looked nice. Something a little different.

Anyway...tough loss tonight. The sting will linger a while, but after all is said and done..i am still mighty dam proud to be a Tennessee Vol.

We wore throwbacks last season?

I thought we just wore them against UNLV in Ainge's and Schaffer's first game as freshmen.

That's another why i'm sad that we lost because we might never see the orange pants ever again.

I loved the orange pants! They were the same color as the jersey this time unlike in '99. The way the Defense played in them I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

Pants needed a white stripe or two on them. They looked OK but were hard on the eyes without the white stripe.

Did you hear the crackerjack CBS announcers say the Vols looked like "creamsicles"? Those guys need to be in another line of work. Surely CBS has somebody better than that. Like maybe someone who has a past association with the SEC?

I sort of agree about the creamsicle thing, though. I HATE the orange pants. To each his own, I guess.

yeah chris fowler just said on college football final that tennessee was safe to go hunting with all that orange they had on. the look kind of grew on me as the game went on, but it needs the dual stripe down the side, and use it with the away white top and they'll look great.

Verne and Gary have been the bane of the SEC all year long. I haven't heard a single positive comment about them from any team's fans, even the UF fans appear to dislike them.

I loved the all orange, but I don't want to see it every game. IMHO, save it for championship games.

if we had won in these uniforms, i would say wear them again the next time you are in the SECCG. but since we lost, it will probably be a long time before they are brought back out. i was shocked by how much i liked them. it was probably just because of the way our defense was playing

Does anybody else think that some black uniforms on occasion would be as amazing as me? I think some all black jerseys with orange numbers would be really cool and intimidating looking.

The orange on orange sucks big time. I'm blaming this loss on wearing those ridiculous uniforms. :eek:hmy:

I would like the orange pants with the white jerseys. Not a fan of the orange on orange (at least not the way it was presented last night).

I actually liked the orange on orange though all I could think about the whole time was losing to memphis

I had imagined what all orange would look like and thought I'd like it but when I saw it yesterday it didn't look so hot. What I'd like to see next is orange Jerseys with white numerals outlined in black. Names on the back the same way with the font like they used in black in the 90's.
