Really looking forward to all the games today! Aside from SC, I want to see how Georgia holds up vs Iowa & that Miss St vs ND game should be a good one.

If I just HAD to pick one it would be South Carolina falling short of the natty, based on them probably being the most heavily favored to win it in many years.

#1 for me. As I said the other day, I think SC would have to have a key personnel loss or get hosed by the officials to lose this one. Just too good and too deep.

It’s March Madness though, stranger things have happened!

SF leading SC early 13-12. I think if anyone is going to beat them, it’s gonna have to be a team like SF who can shoot the 3, and they’re gonna have to establish an early lead and extend it as the game prolongs.

Jose is a good coach. The center picked up 2 early fouls but he left her on the floor. She hasn’t picked up a 3rd yet. That was smart because he knows they lose without her on the floor. He’s not confined to some formula of “2 fouls you sit until the second half”. He coaches by circumstance and that’s what the greats do.

SF coming out on fire leading number 1 giant SC 16-12 at the end of the first quarter. SF packing the paint on defense, and daring the bigs of SC to shoot outside. I fear this won’t last though, but good start.

South Carolina down after 1. They have had some slow starts this season. No way South Florida can hang for 40 minutes. Would be the upset of the century. Great defensive plan from Fernandez to start the game though

SF staying close as SC leading o my by 4 33-29 at half. SC does not look impressing at all right now. SF playing inspired and even when they were down by 9, cut it to 4 at the half.

SC literally shoved that SF player down on the floor and grabbed the ball and SF was the one who has the foul called against. Dirty basketball by SC and poor calls by refs.
