Many on here said they had sources that Nolen was only signing with A&M because of NIL money. Wonder why the change of heart?

According to who. I have seen reports that he is singing tomorrow. It was originally reported he wouldn’t by his father, then later that day Walter said himself he is signing tomorrow at 4pm eastern after school in the auditorium. Also he ain’t flipping and is singing with aTm so don’t people don’t need to expect him to flip as it’s more than a long shot now.

Thanks for the update. It was reported here in Knoxville though no one said he was flipping. Geez A&M will have 3 of the top DT's in this class? Someone may hit the portal next year.

Y’all really need to let this kid go. He wasn’t a fit for us anymore than we are a fit for him.

He thinks very highly of himself, you can tell from his interviews and his recruitment. That’s totally fine and understandable, the kid has a lot to be prideful about. He needs to go to the right program where he can feel like he is “the man.”

Tennessee is not that program, that’s not how Heupel runs the team. Hype is not having success because he has a few stars, he’s having success because he runs a team with the mantra to fight with everything they’ve got for the guy standing next to them.

What? Christmas Carols? Hope he can carry a tune.

He will have some stiff competition where he's going. I saw him play this year as my old high school played Powell. Obviously the kid is talented but wasn't much of a force in the game.

Ain't no lineman gonna make or break a team. He may impact, but you can coach up high three stars to compete with guys like him. He'd be nice to have, but if his ass wants to live in east Texas, more power to him. Let's move on. We knew when this staff got here, they would be lucky to break the top 25 in 2022, and that's about where it will be. But, add in the portal, we'll do fine. Then, in 2023---that will tell the tale.

Got news for Mr. Nolan. He’s not going to be “ the man” at A&M either. Of course I’d like to see him in Orange but he’s not an immediate impact player like we need. I’d prefer to get a couple of D tackles that can play immediately out of the Portal
