That is your definition; not mine. I'm speaking to those who refuse to accept any positive. To those who go out of their way to nitpick any possible scenario to dog CBJ even if facts must be twisted. To those who refuse to admit any possibility that other circumstances other than coaching are to blame. To those who spewed negativity since year 1 if this staff's tenure. I never identified any particular person but you know as well as me that these people exist on here and are very vocal. I have made it perfectly clear that I respect differing opinions just not those who's agenda supersedes rational debate. Sorry if I offended anyone but I don't believe I'm speaking of things that aren't obvious to most.

While my questions were "directed" to you, they weren't "directed" to you. So I apologize.

If Butch got "tough" with a player, so be it. That's between him and the player.

My problem with the staff is the lack of results. Plain and simple.

Of Tennessee's 23 head coaches to date only 6 played at Tennessee, most teams aren't coached by alumnae. They are mercenaries , they coach for pay. Volunteer coaches generally aren't that good except in PeeWee.

I think that's rationale. Most would respect that. What divides the posters on this site the effort of those to take that position and mix it with the hate speech. It's ugly and divisive. That's all.

So you don't think someone told Stokes their account? Stokes' source is apparently wrong or overexaggerated the situation but he had someone that he trusts tell him this. Discredit the source, don't discredit the guy who was given the info and simply asked for more info.

Well maybe Crowder doesn't love playing for a guy who apparently hasn't made him any better in 3 years.

And who said Crowder quit/cried cause he lost his starting spot? Did Butch and Azzani confirm that? Pretty sure that was VN's version. Funny how that works doesn't it when it fits your line of thinking?

With all due respect this is exactly what I was eluding to when referring to those who will make a statement and pass it along as "fact". So you know for certain that Crowders inability to show improvement in your mind is on CBJ? What if he's made Mack better than most could? How do you know otherwise?

Hell, let's just blame Medleys struggles on coach as well.

Hey, its all good BGVol. Not wound tight. The funny thing is you can reference a post from me earlier today speaking about CBJs stiffness being a big problem for this young team. I think your statement clearly infers Mack hasn't improved and its on CBJ. No hard feelings.

With all due respect, these are the same complaints I heard(read) about Fulmer. Not coaching up talent. If the same complaint is valid for one coach, why not all coaches?

CBJ is a CEO of a company. He is paid to produce results.

To you and I, it's football. It's our passion. But in real world, it's about providing a product. A winning product sells. He is selling wins. We just simply want him to deliver.

I suppose I don't know enough to say one way or another about eithers ability to coach up talent. My stance would be a little early to tell for CBJ and in regard to Fulmer, the number of Vols he helped coach all the way to the NFL was pretty impressive. I'm not sure that's a valid criticism of him just by the numbers alone.

This was the last thing written on the tweet by Crowder. Feel like it makes sense on so many levels. What good is any of this doing for our beloved Vols? Like him or hate him he is ours. CBJ has done far more for this team than any in his post Fulmer wake. We are 12 points away from being 5-0 against 3 really good teams (2 top 25) and 2 cup cakes. I don't like everything he has done wrong any more than the next guy but how is any of the negativity helping? Does anyone on here really think they have the power to have him exiled? Just asking.

Rumor is that my fifth cousin on my mother's side took a crap this morning as told by people that have been told to keep it quiet. I can assume you are Crowder's dad based on your board name and the time you joined. If this is true then cut the crap. Your son needs to move on. Had enough of the crap your crybaby is trying to bring down.

The guy I quoted inferred Mack's a pu$$y that's why he can't handle hard coaching but that he could handle it cause he knew it made him better. I took a chance to make a smartass remark, nothing more.
