The recruit's father is Reggie McKenzie, Austin East grad, Vol player, Vol coach, VFL and former LA Raider player and current OaklandRaider GM. I'm guessing that's why he got the Power T helmet heart. That and his son is a heckuva DT.

The problem with that is with our recruiting from the years prior to Butch taking over it's been more like the "Mutt and Mule" show. We have to get the horses before we can expect to win the race.

True. We will still take some beatings this year however. Year 3 we will be much improved and more competitive. Year 4-5 I believe we will be able to stand on the field with anyone and have a legitimate chance to win any game we play and the blow outs of last year will be a thing of the past.

Sheer genius. Honestly I've taken in a number of the novel and aggressive approaches that butch has applied to the program and tried to incorporate them into my own businesses. Thank you.

Totally different statement. "Tennessee is emerging as a very good football team in the last two weeks," Saban said. "I think Butch Jones has done an outstanding job there. When a team improves like they've improved, it's always a sign of good coaching, good coaching staff and a lot of people doing a very, very good job."
