If Pruitt is canned they need to boot Phil as well. He gave the man a raise and an extension. If CJP would have performed well the move would be considered brilliant. He hasn’t so Fulmer has to own the fact that it was a dumb move

Eh. Many/most people thought it was the right move at the time. There was plenty of evidence that we were headed in the right direction. Even at the beginning of this season, we had the longest winning streak in the nation (P5 conf). Unfortunately, these days, there is tremendous pressure to hang on to coaches - they tend to dart at first chance.
