Two things:
1. Smokey and the Bandit was a Burt Reynolds movie. Robert Wuhl, a comedian of HBO's "Arliss" fame once said that "Burt Reynolds makes movies so bad that when someone else makes a bad movie, Burt should get a royalty"
2. Based on Kiffin's after hire and recruiting comments, it was gator consensus that the Vols had lost any hope of sneaking up on fl via overconfidence. I once thought that was true, but with the media banter of late and our lackluster performance against ucla, we may indeed have a restored element of "they're not in our league" bravado from the gators. If they fail to put the game away early, their self-imposed and media expectations may create some undue pressure for them on both sides of the ball. The ball bounces funny sometimes and are
we due for some turnovers to go our way.
Notice the intentional lower case fl and gators and equally intentional capitalized "V" in Vols.
