I spoke with a former Alabama/South Carolina players who played LB/FB in college the other day and he said, "Black Iron don't play". We talked for a bit and he said that the summer workouts are harder than the spring workouts and that, "He feels sorry for them, but they will be in great shape to start the season.". He was training at D-1 here in the Franklin/Brentwood area and working out for the Titans and Saints in the future. Good guy.

That is good to hear. I have a few friends that work at D1 in Franklin. Great company.

This should pay off huge for our offensive line with our running game. With the depth at RB and players in better shape than the opposing team, fourth quarters migh be fun to watch this year.

It's all running downhill if our big fellas are reasonably fresh after we've played 45.

Yeah, cause we all know that Florida, Georgia, and Alabama do not condition their players.

So the guy played football at Bammer and Cockville, LB and FB positions and said Black Iron don't play? He was a busy guy but what does Black Iron don't play mean?

Coach Chaney needs to consider having somebody restructure his appearance (he's grown up now so the bangs look is over)

This post made my day, it's going to be good to get back to playing four full quarters of SEC football once again, it's no secret that over the last two years some of our players didn't show up late in the game when we needed them.

I love the attitude of this new staff towards conditioning. We definitely won't be a team that tires down the stretch. Football season needs to hurry up and get here already!
