Of Florida.

I am not telling you we're winning the game.

But there is zero reason to be scared of this version of the Gators.

It is really a pretty even match up when you break it down.

We've both beaten a couple of cup cakes.

We've both lost to the only real team we've played.

Wet both have issues on the o line.

Wet both think our qb had improved.

Wet both feel pretty good about our RB and WR situations.

Neither of us is super confident in our front 7's.

We both think our secondaries are "ok"

Both think special teams have been good.

We both have 1 St year head coaches that are experts on their respective sides of the ball.

If this game were in Gainesville is probably lean to Florida.

I think being at home matters. And I think wet make fewer mistakes.

I'll take TN in a close one.

The announcers in the UF game Saturday said that 8 DB's were out of that game with injuries. Another one went out during that game. Their win over CSU looked better before you saw Arkansas get manhandled by North Texas. In spite of a few big plays, UF only outgained CSU 341-310. CSU's turnovers plus UF's athletic advantage in ST's was the biggest difference in the game.

Not “scared” of FL. I’m “scared” our own lack of point production on O won’t make us SEC competitive. Bc we’re not shutting down anyone on D and are vulnerable to giving up points in bunches and can’t score in bunches to answer.

Grinding it out to keep it close is what we can do but makes us vulnerable to diminishing returns in the 4th Q as our SEC opponents can open it up and we can’t.

We’re caught in a catch-22 with our current team. We can’t open strong or finish strong we can only grind it out in the middle. While that’s what we can do it’s not good enough.

Close one? I agree for 3 Q’s. After that all bets are off for the 4th we could hold on and win close but I suspect we get boatraced at the end. Just my .02

Gonna be a LONG year as Pruitt breaks the colts.

If we just accept that we lose to Alabama & Florida every year, then their will be less stress in your life the week of the Florida game
I automatically chalk Florida & Alabama
as losses each year then I move on and I don't stress Florida or Alabama week

Living in Florida, this is THE game I really want to win every year. It sure does make it horrible to be a known UT fan if the gators win. I think we’ll be ok Saturday if we can just score some points on O and then be efficient on D. I think we may can pull one out. But it is going to be very interesting. Go Vols. Beat gators!

I am not scared of Florida. I just know when it comes to them, we are just unable to beat them on a consistent basis.
