I lived in Vegas for three years and it seems like I rarely saw betting lines for games with FCS opponents. About the only FCS lines you will see is when their play-offs reach the semifinals/finals. If you are familiar with how extensively the oddsmakers research teams to set lines, the sheer volume of data they would need would cost more inn man hours than the money being bet on those games in most cases.
No line is a good thing, "A fool and his money are soon parted". :yes: But then again the rewards go to the risk takers but betting is a risky business and should only be done by those who can afford it. :twocents:
