Yeah we are all growing old waiting on phil to do something.His seat is warming up. He needs a good year or the wolves will be out in force after this year.If it goes bad this year he might be forced to retire or resign.But it will take another 7-5,6-6 type of year this year and maybe another bad loss like vandy or kentucky.

I wish for more and might even expect more now and then but I would rather be an 8-4 Vol than a 12-0 Gator. Just trying to stay positive.

We are definetly sliding down the pole of elite programs. Our Vols need at least a SEC Championship this year to keep up with the level of attention we've become used to.

nothing, just haven't seen you on the main board in a while, much less calling out CPF for no championships in the last 8 years.....

To be honest, I was a little shocked when I read that on ESPN. I thought at first it had to be a mistake. But I have faith in our guys. We're gonna make some noise this season!!

in the meantime i think i'll cheer for ole miss. they have no expectations and just enjoy coeds and bourbon.

I think at least MOST of the blame for No BCS game for 8 yrs can be blamed on Randy Sanders and his poor offensive scheme he attempted to run...which hurt our recruiting, caused us to recruit players we normally wouldnt have just because they felt those players would fit in Randys offense....the REST of the blame I lay on Fulmer for allowing Randy to run the team in the ground for the most part...he never should have given Randy control over the playbooks:nono:

100% goes to CPF. He is the head coach.
But I do think he has gotten things fixed. Last year was an improvement and I expect this year to be as well.

I don't put that much blame on Sanders since I don't think CPF ever truly let go of the offense. At least let him sink/swim on his own, don't hold his head under water.
