Can't friggin breath after working n the yard all day! Running low on nasal spray and having the last glass of wine n the house at 1"52 AM.......dammit!!

Sometimes, I will sleep soundly for 5 or 6 hours, something will wake me, and I cannot fall back to sleep. One would think that the old would sleep better for more hours.

Last night, I nodded off at 8:45. This morning, I awoke at 3:45, and I’m not able to fall back to sleep. Old is weird.

That's right about the time our paper gets delivered. Occasionally I am standing out there waiting for it.
