Won’t happen and he’ll be looking for another landing spot this time next year, with no better of a resumè or stats.

I’ll take 1985 Tony Robinson all day long over Peyton.

That program was humming by 1889 and up, which was. well before Manning came into the fold.

Getting tired of Vols fans that feel like somehow Peyton is the best “college” quarter back to ever play for UT.

Peyton was never was the full package when it came to running, or hitting a deep down the field bomb.

His teammates that game back, knew Tee gave them a good shot at that natty, because Tee was a dual threat.

Unfortunately Nico is just an overhyped QB. All UCLA is paying him for is his Cookie monster Pajamas Aurora

Not to be mean, but you could put a retard in Huepel's offense (and I mean a literal retard) and he would be slinging it all over the field, up, down, sideways, vertical you name it.... records broken and everything.

I think you could even put the cashier worker at the local Casey's here in Hardin Valley as the QB and even he would be breaking records. No training, nothing, just plug him in. Anyone can succeed in Huepels offense. ****, I think anyone here on volnation would be drafted to the NFL, 1st round PICK if given a chance to perform on a random Saturday based on Huepels offense

I would have so much more respect for the dad if he had just come out and said “this isn’t Nico’s fault. I made a huge mistake and overplayed my hand and it ended up hurting my son’s future and reputation. Big lesson for me and I have work to do to repair things with my son”

In 1989, the Vols were coming off a 5-6 season. That is hardly “humming along.”

I think that most would agree that Peyton Manning, more than any player, elevated this program what it became in the late-90s.

Let's not pretend Nico all of a sudden stopped being able to play QB. The stress & pressure if being the guy and spotlight made him crumble, like a cookie. So, victims. Look to make excuses.

Short, intermediate. He was above average. Other than that. Not good, below average. Game management, average. Wont get you beat, wont win you games. Not exactly top billing. Hence the issues.

Coaching staff at UCLA bought some off season excitement and drama.

Nico family will bring 10 - 30 more fans to Rose Bowl which will be noticeable improvement.

Nico can relax as few tv interviews or NIL commitments and he can have more time to spend with papa Nic as they plan their next NIL scam or a future scam for Madden.

Better earn it now as NFL is farther away than ever.
