Evidently they are not going to do anything about any of the tampers, Ewers was offered 6 mill to go into the portal and go to at least one other school if not multiple schools. No hint of any punishment or threats. Sadly, it seems to have become the new norm.

They can't do anything about it.

That rule is just as illegal under federal law as were the NCAA rules against NIL, "inducements", penalty free transfers, counting non NCAA years against eligibility, and every other court case the NCAA lost.

Not sure what point you're making about Holloway but he came to UT because he wanted to play QB and he had few options back then. If he were chasing NFL aspirations, he probably would have chosen Bama instead and become a DB.

He would have never made it in the NFL as a CB at 5’9”.

You don’t seem to understand. They dont have to play football. The arrangement as it was (free college education, free room and board, free meals, free healthcare) worked forever without a hitch. If a kid didn’t like that, fine then don’t go to college and play football. If you really can’t see the slow death of the sport, then you are one of the blind who WILL not see

If you're OK with the NCAA, the schools, and the coaches making millions (billions in the NCAA's case) whine suspending a kid for accepting a free meal, then you're part of the problem

You accidentally got one thing right. The arrangement "as it was". That was blatant exploitation. The arrangement is different now. It's not ever going back to the exploitation that seems to be your comfort zone.
