I agree that Sunseri is the man, but Don't think you can credit him for the NC's.. he definitely helped though... and I think he will help us win one soon :)

Within a few years we will have a top 10 defense with him at the helm and the offense will keep kickin in high gear.

This year I think our defense will be good enough to give us a shot at the east.

Na, it was mainly because they had great players and the fact they got a second crack at a team after failing to win their own division or conference

Sunseri was basically the co-coordinator at Bama. The front seven for Alabama caused several turnovers and made crucial stops because they were put in the right position. Go back and watch Bana's first title and notice how the front seven were rarely out of position. And that was Sunseri's first season.

Please. That's Nick Saban's defense and everyone knows it. Stop kidding yourself.

I don't understand the Sunseri love. As a LB coach/recruiter, oh yeah, it's a great hire. Hiring a guy who hasn't coordinated a defense since 1999 in a huge, huge year? Eh....

If Sal was that instrumental at Bamma's success , they would not have let him get away.

I guess the OP is unaware that it does not matter who Saban loses as coaches because he is the X and O man and he is the driving force.

Nick Saban's new $6M paycheck says different.

I'm excited about CSS and CDD are doing and ready for season to start but this post is a stretch.

We'll know after the 3rd Saturday in October...

I wouldn't use that as a benchmark.

I think Sunseri is a good coach. He might even be a great coach. But he could be the second coming of Vince Lombardi, and Tennessee is still likely to lose by 3 TDs.
