Playing the 360 version. The new skating dynamics are pretty neat and the puck bounces all over the place. Still some of the same ole **** like too many pauses in otp, games lagging out. Graphics pretty much same. Played an otp last night and people already have over 100 games played...crazy
I'm really liking the gameplay and puck physics, there's not nearly as much of the seemingly magnetic pucks and sticks going on. The goals seem much more hockey like, as far as a variety of goals instead of 37 variations of the same snap shot from the slot.
Only major gameplay gripes are that 60% of hits still put someone on their back, and the button to change faceoff formations is the same as the instigate fight button, so if you press it during the wrong scene you challenge someone. Wouldn't hurt my feelings to remove fighting all together.
Final got this for ps3 and an extremely disappointed. Was nothing but a roster update..literally that's all that changed. And the music. I know they put all the effort into next gen consoles but geez.
I need to go ahead and sack up and trade in for a ps4.

Can't agree w this. Skating and puck physics have changed quite a bit. Game is closer to a sim more now than ever
Do you have it for next gen? There's absolutely nothing different in this game and 14 on the ps3.
That's what every review said online too. It's honestly the exact same game with different rosters.
