Never heard of this one before, is this/was this an old USC tactic as well or is this a more recent development?

I was a senior at UT the same time Donte was a junior. He actually tried to re-enroll at UT and come back for his senior year. He was in one of my spring psychology classes and attended the first couple weeks, but after the university denied him from admitting he, of course, dropped and continued with his plans for entering the draft early... That might be why he's a little bitter, I dunno just speculation.

I'm not sure, but I don't think this is Kiffin's idea. I think Condredge Holloway set up the NFL Vols apparel. Cool nonetheless.
