He's not better, but I would take him over Quinn. He's never going to be the dominant qb everyone thinks he will. There are better options than Quinn out there.

I would say Dallas. I heard an announcer say the Rams might, but as a Rams fan i would be P.O.ed. I would like to see the Rams take Willis or Hall.
