Hope they keep him when Watson comes back. With Cleveland owned by Haslam that's in Dobbs favor plus he has played well enough in preseason to justify it. Keep that NASA job on hold for a couple more yrs.

DeAndre Johnson from the Dolphins
Bryce Thompson from the Saints
Preston Williams from the Dolphins (really surprising there)

It also goes to show you that it really doesn't matter where you're drafted, you can fall or rise really quickly. Rosen was a top pick, and Dobbs beat him out. Now Rosen is (again) looking for a job. Getting to the league is the key. Thankfully, we have a staff that's really good at that.

I'm most proud of Micah Abernathy. Sounds like he landed himself a spot on the Packers.

It's always amazing to me the guys that shined in college that can't make rosters in the pros. Will Grier got cut, as did Jeff Driskel, B.J. Emmons, Terry Godwin, Robert Nkemdiche, Teez Tabor are just a few names that stick out.

I think it very possible Brissett (career 83 passer rating) will find a way to give JD a chance at real playing time somewhere between now and week 13. (And I obviously hope so)

Surprised the Will Grier was cut. Now the Cowboys only QB on the 53 man roster is Dak Prescott.

I think they had to cut all the Qbs and kickers until some moves on the injured list go through. Then they can bring back their kicker and a QB.

I didn't see much of the Cowboys in preseason, but was Grier light years ahead of the other guys?? The other two fellows were already in the organization and Jerruh for all his faults is somewhat loyal. Grier always was going to have to move mountains to win a job there.

Brandon Johnson was in line to make the Broncos and be a starter but got hurt last preseason game but he on IR for a ankle sprain. He will be back mid season.

The last defensive back signed by the Titans last week, that essentially took his roster spot was Ugo Amadi, Jackson's high school teammate at Overton.

I’m glad Dobbs is raking in good money and it may be the best way he can help in this world, but I just had a thought that the world may be a slightly better place with his brain out there doing what it does. Maybe with Dobbs, Artemis mission could have launched Monday…
