Neyland Stadium Off-Season Improvements?

I've searched but I can't find any info on what they'll be doing to the stadium this off-season. I know I've read that they'll be installing a 3' LED ribbon board all the way around the stadium interior. Also something about brick covering the interior field level walls.

Is this going to happen this year or are there other renovations planned instead?

I don't think there is anything going on this year. I know phase II starts the end of next year.

Its in about 5 phases and they will not start the next phase till funding is met. so who knows when and what they will do next.

LED goes in this offseason for sure.

It WAS part of the Phase one, but then got pulled, and now it was part of that new deal with Host Communications.

So, if nothing else, the LED ribbon will be there next season.
