Just wondering if the crowd tomorrow night will be as loud and crazy as when we played GA?
What does everyone think? I think it will help the team if the fans are as loud as we were that game, or has everyone just gotten to the point that they don't care anymore? Also, I should add that it will help if the team comes out as fired up as they were at the GA game too.

It just seems kind of dead right now.

another late observation that validates my point.

holy crap it is freaking awesome! Right now I think it warmed up to maybe 64 or so and the Sun is out in true Texas Winter form. It has been a great week as far as weather is concerned and more in forecast. We are tailgating the Aggie game all day tommorrow for my b-day. My wife has even been looking forward to it, mostly because of how nice it is outside. Looking like a good weekend already!

TXVOL07, I did see your thread "day before feel" and agree. I'm just questioning about the crowd noise during the game, and even how the Vol Walk will be.

GO VOLS! :yahoo:

That's great! Weather dropped down into the high 40's last night here, been getting alot of well needed rain this week. I can't wait for Nov, 10th I am taking my wife to her first UT game. She's totally pumped for it, I have always wanted to take her, but couldnt talk her into it for some reason or another. And this year, she has officially became a fan, to the point where she has UT flags in the garden, and last night she tell's me. Mike, I really wish that spineless Hamilton would can Phil and stop the bleeding. I was like WHOAA!!!!! You officially rock now!

Great woman, married 4 years together 7. Had our daughter in march of this year. She finally came around this year for the Vols though.....Now if I could only get the Braves!

one sport at a time...one sport at a time. I have not been married even a year yet but we have been together for 4. She and I see eye to eye on things, even sports, but she is a girly girl. Football, she's good. Baseball, maybe if the Astros are on and winning. Basketball- final four only. There the list really ends for her sake.

lol i know what you mean.

Side note, what do you think about the Astro's these days??? Think they will make any moves this offseason?

Another side note, was at a bar a couple months back in Olympia WA. And they were playing Robert Earl Keen, you ever heard the song Fighting Texas Aggie, pretty good tune, humorous as well

Did anyone notice how loud/pumped the crowd was at the beginning of the Va. Tech game last night? I think it was about 52 degrees and pouring rain but it didn't seem to bother them.

As much as I love the band why does Tennessee not pump in any music or sounds like they use to?

In that game last night "Enter Sandman" was playing as the team was waiting in the tunnel....the place was going crazy. I remember going to a game in Auburn a few years ago and when they played music the crowd really seem to get loud.

What happened to playing a Smokey howl after big plays? I loved the "Big Bad John" thing they played every time he made a big play and it seems like the had something for The Cheese.
