I was trying to participate through the whole amazing Grumors happening, but something was up with my computer, and I couldn't receive emails from VolNation to conform my account. That went on for quite a while, but I did follow everybody and the rumors as best I could. You guys are great group of people from all different places around the country, and I love your passion for all things Tennessee. I also watched the uprising that the fans dubbed the reVOLution or reVOLt, and I enjoyed it all. I've never been to Knoxville to see a game because we've never been able to afford it, but I have had the privilege of watching a couple of games at Vanderbilt because of some friends that gave us seats when Tennessee was in town. The last game I saw I bet a work buddy of mine lunch that we'd score 30 plus and spotted then him 10 points. He texted me half way thru the game, "I hate you." Monday, he paid me in pennies, lol. Thats my favorite memory from a game. Its always fun with friends. With that being said, I'm glad to be here :)

I'm sorry guys but I will not root for Bama in the play-offs. I hope they get boat raced in the first round. :) I root for Tennessee and whoever is playing Alabama or Florida.

Bama suffering that loss to auburn didn't help clemsons cause any. Alabama will spank their buts.

Pruitt deserves a chance to prove himself.....he will get it.

Vols fans hope the man is very successful.

I hope he is wildly successful and falls in love with all things orange and stays for 10 years or more. Having said that he still has to prove it to me...I am not buying into another unproven head coach until I have reason to do so. :)

i agree with you...and the thing that surprised folks the most is that a guy with NO head coaching experience was hired.

thats not always a bad thing, but given the state of our program, previous head coaching experience seemed to be a big concern for a lot of fans.

I was 100% on the Gruden train but it didn't have to be him, it could have been several other coaches with proven head coaching records. I just feel like we are at the bottom of the SEC now and really needed that big splash hire to make top recruits take notice and start us on that upward trajectory back to the top.
It seems though that we have hired an unknown commodity and are hoping that it works out for the best but I bought in to the last 2 coaches and have been burnt and will not do that again. Respect is not given it is earned with me.

It's a good and friendly Speyside, it's blended with 3 Speyside scotches. I am wanting to get into some Islay scotches, like Lagavulin 16. I have had Bowmore 12 and it was pretty good, some light peat smoke but Lagavulin has a lot more peat, it is not as friendly...more aggressive.

Night shift is fun. Just happy the farmersonly.com shattered balls. That sht got a bit creepy.
